We want you to love your purchase. All of our products are made to order, printed especially for you after you place your order. This approach helps reduce overproduction and waste, but it does mean we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

We'll review your request within 1-2 business days and provide instructions if your return is approved.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. You won't need to pay for return shipping when the issue is our responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or design, please request a return for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of both the packaging and the product and contact us immediately. We'll work quickly to send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
